We spent three hours searching the internet to find a black plastic facia plate for some corroded brick pattern external wall lights. Everyone just wanted to sell us the complete light unit. Your sales coordinator spent significant time on a chat line determining our needs and twelve brand new and packaged facia plates were in our post box the very next day! What an amazing service!
