Welcome to the 2014 Catalogue from ML Accessories
It seems like only yesterday that we launched our 2013 catalogue and yet here we are in 2014 introducing our biggest and best catalogue yet, including the introduction of over 200 new product lines. What a year it has been, having surpassed even our own expectations, something that can only be attributed to all our dedicated internal and external departments, here in the UK as well as abroad, coupled with our exceptional stock holding.
Even with our impressive growth, we have maintained and further improved our customer experience and continue to offer a next day delivery service as standard, having further expanded our working hours for same day dispatch.
In January 2014 we established a double-shift system in our warehouse to ensure we are able to adequately manage the anticipated growth in 2014. Additionally, our newly installed Warehouse Management System will guarantee not only more efficiency but also speed and accuracy.
With the changing environmental demands of delivering better energy efficiency, this year will see an even greater breadth of new products, which meet and exceed these requirements. Whether it is the latest in LED lighting technology or wiring accessories, our research and development is focused on ensuring we increasingly achieve more in this regard.
Heavy investments have also been made in highly trained and skilled personnel across the company, which no doubt will prove invaluable in the months and years to come and who join an already exceptional team of professionals.
